One of 100 copies printed by the Anthoensen Press for George T. Goodspeed (George's father). Cover is from a design by Rosamond Loring. The original story was printed in The Saturday Evening Post on July 7, 1928 and later issued in A Modern Galaxy in 1930. This is the first separate printing. Nice reproduction of a nineteenth- century wood-engraved vignette of a wading fly-fisherman on the upper half of the title page. Original wraps. Light wear to covers. (NOTE: Roland Pertwee was a film screenwriter and the father of Doctor Who actor Jon Pertwee.).
