Original complete 1982 five issue run of Atari Force. This five issue set of "mini" comics issued in select Atari 2600 games. The popularity of the comics led to the 1984 release of a regular format comic that ran for a full 20 issues before termination. An early 80's advertising effort combining two giants, DC Comics and Atari. The five games that included the comics were Defender, Berzerk, Star Raiders, Phoenix, and Galaxian. The comics were written by Gerry Conway and Roy Thomas and the artists included Ross Andru, Gil Kane, Dick Giordano, and Mike DeCarlo.

A much nicer set than typically encountered.
