Somehow my "Catalogs" category does not cover how fabulous this 1934 Art Deco advertising guide really is... 64 pages of product labels including luggage labels, sports, bookplates, hotels, wine, restaurants and much more... This third edition features all new (and highly graphic) content. As this is the case, it would actually be consided a "First Thus", but we are going to advertise as the stated "Third Edition" on the title-page. Includes a two-page explanation of the types of glue used on the labels as well as product samples from the Century of Progress exhibition held in Chicago the previous year. A rare find for the advertising card / label collector.
Original stapled bindng clean and tight. Hint of wear at corners and spine ends.
