A massive collection of Cuban food and drinks that includes a bit of a history of the Country at the front. Having discovered my own passion for Cuban food while in Florida, I believe the greatest compliment I can give Cuban cooks is that they make it look easy. Cuban food is fresh and simple, but recreating the love in a true Cuban dish like ropa vieja is about the Cook and not the ingredients.
