EXTREMELY SCARCE HARDCOVER copy of the novelization of "Wall Street", the film starring Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen. Lipper was serving as the Deputy Mayor under Koch at the time of writing. He would later win an Academy Award for best documentary film as well as write and produce City Hall (Al Pacino & John Cusack). An amazing copy. . As a fan of this film, I have searched for this book for years... The scarcity of a copy in this condition cannot be overstated.
