This booklet undated, but appears to be a period printing with paid political ads to covers and price of 5 cents on front cover. Coverage of the most powerful storm to ever hit the area at the time. The York flood destroyed over 45 bridges and was the catalyst for depression era improvements to the Codorus Creek and construction of the Indian Rock Dam. Original stapled binding.
