Archive of 13 original Miami Art Deco Weekend Programs dating from 1986 to 2001. The Miami Art Deco Weekend was created by the Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL) in 1976. Since the festivals founding, the guiding principle has been to showcase and preserve the historic architecture of Ocean Drive in Miami, FL. This archive of original programs (most between 24 and 28 pages) shed light on the development of events as well as provide a record of the officers, board members and trustees of the MDPL. Loaded with original advertisements and each issue contains the schedule of events for the corresponding year. OCLC locates "1" copy of the 1993 program. The other programs in this archive are unrepresented on OCLC. Original staple binding. Hint of wear to edges and spines. One name in ink located in the 1986 issue. A very appealing lot overall.
