"I think it would do everybody good to take LSD, but soon it's gonna get pretty freaky." Ken Kesey (page 114)
Stated "First Dell Printing - October, 1966" on the copyright page. Original price of 60 cents on front cover. Coverage includes the usual journalistic style expose of LSD and acid use amongst the American youth of the 60's. I find the book interesting as it covers Leary (of course), but discusses Ken Kesey and his Acid Trips Festival. This coverage of Kesey and his LSD trips is a full two years before Tom Wolfe would publish the classic "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" on the same subject. Hint of wear to edges and corners. An attractive copy.
