One-page Typed Letter Signed on Roosevelt's "Outlook' magazine stationery. Nice, full signature of Theodore Roosevelt. The recipient, Louisa Lee Schyler was the great-granddaughter of Alexander Hamilton. Most notably, she was the founder of the first Nursing school in association with Belleview Hosptial in NYC in 1873.

November 21, 1911. New York. "Dear Miss Louisa: Would you care to have me come to dinner next Tuesday? I so want to see you. Always yours, Theodore Roosevelt." Schuyler wrote and signed an autograph note in pencil at the bottom of the letter. "Not able to have him as we had not yet moved to town. LLS"
