Original 1950's cook book introducing girls to the new and interesting ways to cook with electricity! Book introduces "Trudy Tenderfoot" who would later be featured in the "Trudy Tenderfoot Meets Reddy Kilowatt" from the Ohio Edison Company. An interesting Girl Scout related piece that was obviously intended to bolster the use of electricity amongst young cooks (lifelong customers) as well as give tips on kitchen planning for the future home, setting the table and rules for the hostess.
