Original proof for the 1978 Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide cover. Signed and dated by Bill Ward in the lower right corner. Bill has also written "rare publisher's proof of my 1978 cover" on the lower border of back cover. This piece was signed and mailed to an astute collector of comic art and has remained in his collection until now. I purchased from the original owner. The GGA (Good Girl Art) cover features Bill's famous Torchy as well as Hawkgirl, Bulletgirl, Sheena Queen of the Jungle, Wonder Woman, Phantom Lady, Miss Fury, and Lady Luck.
