Wheaton, IL: Church League of America, 1968. First Edition, First Printing. Original wraps. 9 X 12 Inches. 55 PP. Very Good. Item #1754
First printing of this extreme right-wing attack on Martin Luther King published less than a month after his assassination in Memphis, TN. The Church League of America put King on trial here for his stance against violence, nuclear weapons and racial inequality. This publication attempts to "strangle" the overwhelming sympathy for the man and the movement for racial equality. A rare surviving copy of this manifesto of white superiority.
Light wear to edges. A bit of toning and paper loss to covers. Original staple binding intact. "Committeeman" stamp to front cover.
